This notice applies to the INTEX website and to business enquiries submitted through the website or sent to us by email. The website does not provide user accounts, online purchases or direct access to the software product.

Any software licensing, implementation or support services are agreed separately with each business customer.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect:

• your email address, which is required so that we can respond;
• your name, telephone number and company name, if you choose to provide them;
• the contents of your enquiry and subsequent business correspondence.

Our hosting and website infrastructure may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages and access time, where this is necessary to deliver and secure the website.

We do not use website analytics, advertising technologies or profiling cookies.

We use personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss potential cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not use enquiry data for newsletters, automated marketing or unrelated advertising.

If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, relevant correspondence and contractual records may be retained for the period required to perform the contract, comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights.

Limited technical security logs may be retained by our infrastructure providers only for as long as necessary to operate and protect the website, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
